Each month we offer a new menu of sixteen interesting and flavorful meals designed by our internationally renowned culinary team, which is passionately committed to bringing you the best in 'Minimax' cooking.

Minimax is a culinary approach which combines good nutrition with great TACT (Taste, Aroma, Color, Texture). Graham Kerr, the former Galloping Gourmet and now our Consultant for Culinary Nutrition and Behavior, is the world's recognized authority in this area of expertise. And helping Graham to design our delicious and healthy offerings from around the globe is Karl Guggenmos, internationally recognized German master chef and Dean of Culinary Studies at the world’s largest chef school, and Jeffrey Burke, former culinary consultant to some of the biggest names in the food business.
